Breakfast Tacos

corn tortillas

scrambled eggs

cooked breakfast sausage

shredded cheddar

hot sauce or salsa

corn

avocado

confetti mix, broccoli, cilantro, and/or amaranth microgreens.


Smoothie Bowl

frozen fruit of your choice (we love cherries and berries)

1 cup sunflower microgreens

1 ripe banana

1 scoop of protein powder (we use Juice Plus Complete)

Blend in order adding nut milk 1/4 cup at a time if needed to thin the mix. Enjoy with toppings such as sliced bananas, coconut, berries, peanut butter, and flax seed.
