Description
Red veined sorrel is a part of the buckwheat family. This microgreen variety is filled with vitamins and minerals, with great antioxidant properties. They are, however, most often used as a garnish because of their unique, bright green leaves with vivid red veins and their tangy flavour rather than a component of a meal. It is a great garnish for drinks, fish or meat dishes, and desserts.
